PERSONALZED QUOTE

  • We provide you a quote based on the list of items that you provide
  • After the initial quote you will also receive a Quality Assurance call 5-7 days prior to your first scheduled pick up date. During this call they will go over your final inventory list with you to ensure that there are no changes that need to be made from your initial inventory call. 
  • Our dispatch team will call you by 8PM EST the evening prior to your first scheduled pick up date to let you know which day your pick up will be and provide you with the time frame for pick up as well.
  • Please remember that drivers are required to follow DOT regulations on how far they are allowed to drive every day and how long they are allowed to work. These are real drivers on real roads and we want to ensure that not only your belonging arrive safely, but they do as well.

PICK UP & LOADING

  • The majority of pick ups are done in a 26ft box truck
  • The movers will blanket and pad wrap your items prior to loading them onto the truck
  • Please remember to ensure that your items are packed properly including all TV’s, mattresses and glass items. Any items not properly packed will be required to be packed by our movers and will incur additional charges, unless previously specified on your Order for Service Estimate. You can also add packing services during your Quality Assurance call 5-7 days prior to your move.

DELIVERY & UNLOADING

  • Deliveries are made in a 53ft tractor trailer. If your delivery location cannot safely accommodate a tractor trailer, you made incur a shuttle fee as the items need to be moved twice. 
  • Please note that if you sign for a First Available Delivery Date or F.A.D.D. this means that your belongings are kept in the state of origin and the delivery process does not begin until that day. If you will be ready for delivery immediately, let the driver at pick up know that your F.A.D.D. is the day after pick up. Per DOT regulations, all carriers a required to complete your delivery within 30 business days of your first available delivery date. 
  • All delivery time frames are estimated and based on mileage and routing. Time frames may fluctuate due to traffic, weather and other unforeseen delays.
